Aesthetic medicine is an investment in yourself, and you should know what to expect beforehand. Still, it's not entirely simple to give blanket prices — because every face is different and every treatment is planned individually.
In this article, I'll give you an honest overview of the costs you can expect at MinimalMed. All prices are guidelines — your individual treatment may vary depending on effort, product quantity, and complexity.
Why Do Prices in Aesthetic Medicine Vary?
If you search online for prices, you'll find enormous ranges — from 99 euros to well over 1,000 euros for seemingly the same treatment. There are reasons you should know:
- Product quality: Not every hyaluronic acid product is the same. I use only approved premium products with proven safety and longevity. Cheap alternatives can lead to uneven results or complications.
- Experience and training: A specialized physician with continuing education and international certifications treats differently than someone who attended a weekend course.
- GOÄ regulation: Medical services in Germany are billed according to the German fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ). This sets a framework that reputable practices follow.
- Practice setup and hygiene: Sterile treatment rooms, professional aftercare, and medical emergency management have a cost. Dumping prices in questionable settings save in the wrong place.
Price Overview by Treatment Category

Wrinkle Treatment
Wrinkle treatment with muscle relaxants is one of the most common procedures in aesthetic medicine. Depending on which areas are treated, costs are tiered:
- 1 zone (e.g. frown lines or forehead wrinkles): from 149 €
- 2 zones (e.g. frown lines + crow's feet): from 299 €
- Full treatment (entire upper face): from 549 €
Specialized applications such as the Nefertiti Lift or brow lift are similarly priced, depending on effort.
Hyaluronic Filler
Hyaluronic acid treatments are suitable for volume restoration, contouring, and filling wrinkles. Costs depend on product quantity:
- 0.5 ml (e.g. subtle lip treatment or tear trough): from 219 €
- 1 ml (e.g. nasolabial folds, cheek augmentation, or jawline contouring): from 449 €
For larger treatments — such as a comprehensive facial harmonization — quantity is determined individually. Less is often more: I prefer two smaller sessions over one that's too aggressive.
Biostimulators
Profhilo, polynucleotides, Radiesse, and Sculptra — these products stimulate the body's own collagen production rather than just filling. Investment starts from 399 € per session. For Profhilo and polynucleotides, I generally recommend two treatments four weeks apart for an optimal result.
Skinboosters and Mesotherapy
Skinboosters and mesotherapy improve skin quality from within — more hydration, finer skin texture, healthier glow. Treatment starts from 249 € per session. For lasting results, I recommend a series of three sessions.
Medical Treatments
Not everything in aesthetic medicine is purely cosmetic. Treatments such as bruxism (teeth grinding), migraine, or hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) can significantly improve quality of life. Costs start from 399 €.
Why "Cheap" Can End Up Expensive
I say this reluctantly, but it's important: with aesthetic treatments, price should never be the main criterion. What I sometimes see in my practice are corrections after treatments offered too cheaply elsewhere — with substandard products, without proper diagnostics, or by inadequately trained staff.
A hyaluronidase treatment to dissolve poorly placed filler costs not only money, but also nerves and time. Investing in qualified hands the first time saves you that.
Package Prices vs. Single Sessions
Many treatments — especially skinboosters, mesotherapy, and biostimulators — only develop their full effect over several sessions. That's why I offer discounted package prices for series appointments. This makes treatment more predictable and more affordable.
