Why minimal med

Three reasons to choose the same doctor twice.

German medical license, DGBT membership, and 50+ five-star reviews say one thing. The fact that the same person looks at your face every visit says the other.

License + DGBT

Licensed physician (Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf) with an additional dental medicine degree — anatomical depth that pure aesthetic clinics rarely have.

Membership in the German Society for Aesthetic Botulinum Toxin Therapy (DGBT) commits us to evidence-based protocols. Listed with the Bavarian Medical Association and Medical Association North Rhine.

5.0 stars (Google)

Over 50 verified Google reviews, averaging 5.0. No incentivisation, no purchased reviews — only patients we asked after their treatment.

In a sample this small, a single complaint would be immediately visible. The fact that none exists is the result of honest expectation-setting in the consultation, not selection.

The same doctor, every visit

Consultation, injection, follow-up — all with Dr. Mrochen personally. No rotating practitioners, no delegated procedures, no cosmetician injections.

This continuity is what makes a coordinated long-term concept possible: small, deliberate changes over months rather than large corrections once a year.

The honest version: what we don't do.

We don't book you into twelve-month treatment packages. We don't sell "limited promotions." We don't take before-and-after pictures — the German Federal Court of Justice prohibited them in aesthetic medicine in 2025, and we consider that the right call independently of the ruling.

We don't treat patients under 18, even with parental consent. We don't inject filler during pregnancy or active skin infection. We turn down requests whose expected outcome is medically unrealistic — even when the patient has already paid for the appointment.

And we don't proceed without a consultation. Not even with returning regular patients who "just want a quick frown-line touch-up." Anatomy, skin status, and personal context change — routine, in our profession, is a risk.

Frequently asked questions

What sets minimal med apart from other Munich aesthetic clinics?

Three things. First, the same doctor treats you every visit — no rotating injectors, no delegated procedures. Second, we only use products with clinical evidence behind their mechanism (DGBT standard). Third, we do not upsell: when the honest answer is "do nothing" or "come back later," that is what we say.

Who actually performs the treatment?

Dr. Felicitas Mrochen personally conducts every consultation, every injection, and every follow-up. There are no nurse practitioners, no cosmetician injections, no external practitioners. This continuity is what makes long-term, gradual concepts possible — small, deliberate adjustments over months rather than large corrections.

What are Dr. Mrochen's exact qualifications?

Licensed physician (Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf), with an additional dental medicine degree giving her depth in facial anatomy and jaw structures. Member of the German Society for Aesthetic Botulinum Toxin Therapy (DGBT), the Bavarian Medical Association (BLÄK), and the Medical Association North Rhine. Continuous training with leading international experts.

How does the 5.0-star Google rating come about?

Over 50 patients have reviewed minimal med on Google — the average is currently 5.0. We do not buy reviews, but we do actively ask for feedback after every treatment. In a sample this small, a single negative review would be immediately visible. None exists, because expectations are calibrated honestly during the consultation rather than defended afterwards.

How honest can the consultation really be when the practice lives off treatments?

Wrinkle treatments and hyaluronic filler are our most common procedures — and the ones we most often advise against. Very young skin rarely needs filler, very dry skin benefits more from skinboosters than from volume, and stress-related lines sometimes resolve with sleep. Our business model is returning patients over years, not maximising the first visit.

What happens if I have questions or concerns after the treatment?

You reach Dr. Mrochen directly — by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Follow-up appointments are included in the treatment price; touch-ups when needed are included as well. For medical emergencies (e.g. suspected vascular complication), 24-hour reachability is standard at minimal med — which is not a given in aesthetic medicine.

Get to know the practice — no commitment.

30 minutes of consultation, no obligation to treat. You decide afterwards, in your own time.
