The face doesn't age in zones — so we don't treat it that way either. In most first consultations I run, the question is rarely about a single fold or a single injection. It's a different question: what is actually happening here, and what delivers most? At minimal med I turn that question into a staged plan — adapted to your finding, your pace and your budget. No package. A sequence. For a closer look at the individual building blocks and their durations, see the knowledge article on volume loss and jowls.

Your Benefits
- Anatomical analysis instead of spot correction
- Volume, contour and skin quality in one plan
- Staged delivery at your pace
- No fixed packages — individual sequence
- Re-evaluation after every step
- Clear expectation management: what works, what doesn't
How the concept runs
First consultation and analysis: we look at volume distribution, contour and skin quality together — not zone by zone in isolation.
Plan: a recommendation with a clear sequence — what first, what later, what perhaps not at all.
Stage 1: usually starts with the foundational pillar (often volume or skin quality, depending on the finding).
Re-evaluation: 4–8 weeks after Stage 1 we look at the interim result and adjust the plan.
Stage 2 and maintenance: building, not replacing. What works stays — what doesn't fit comes out.
Why zones aren't enough
Filling only the nasolabial fold treats the symptom. The cause often lies in the cheek volume above. Ignored, the fold looks overfilled three months later while the midface continues to drop — and the face overall sits heavier.
The same applies to jowls, tired eyes, downward-pulling mouth corners. Spot correction can briefly smooth the line. But if the structure above doesn't carry, the issue returns the next season. This is the most common reason patients feel "off" after several treatments without being able to say why.
From finding to plan
In the first consultation we look at three pillars together: volume (what has the face lost), contour (which lines are missing or pulling sideways) and skin quality (how the surface above reacts). A sequence emerges from that — not a catalogue.
Concepts often start with the foundational pillar. With a strongly dropped midface, often volume or Sculptra for broad cheek structure. With weaker skin quality, Profhilo or skin booster first, so that subsequent steps build on a load-bearing surface.
Building blocks that can be combined
Depending on the finding, several building blocks come into play:
- • Cheek Augmentation — mid-cheek volume
- • Jawline Contouring — lower jaw line definition
- • Sculptra — broad collagen stimulation
- • Radiesse — contouring with immediate effect
- • Profhilo — broad skin elasticity
- • Polynucleotides — dermal density and regeneration
- • Skin Booster — deep hydration
- • Mid-/Lower-Face Muscle Modulation — Nefertiti, masseter
Which blocks come into play in which sequence emerges from the finding — not from a fixed scheme.
What the concept is not
Not a guaranteed surgical alternative. When skin laxity sits beyond a certain threshold, surgical lifting is the more honest tool. I say this openly — even when it means referring a patient to plastic surgery.
Not a "liquid facelift". The term suggests a surgical outcome that minimally invasive treatments can't deliver. What works: subtle restructuring over months. What doesn't: closing skin laxity beyond a critical threshold without a scalpel.
Not a fixed-price package. The finding determines sequence and scope, not a pre-defined treatment basket.
First consultation and analysis
The first consultation usually takes 60–90 minutes. You bring your finding — photographically, descriptively, in words, however suits you best. We assess the three pillars together and develop a staged proposal with transparent costs per stage. More on the individual building blocks and durations: knowledge article.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the full-face concept differ from a single treatment?
A single treatment addresses one zone — a fold, a cheek, a line at the mouth. The concept considers volume, contour and skin quality together and develops a sequence from there. Often the actual cause sits in a different place than what catches the eye first.
Is this a complete package?
No. I deliberately don't work with fixed packages. The concept is a sequence — what first, what later, what perhaps not at all. Each stage is planned, performed and re-evaluated separately. After each stage you can decide whether to continue.
What does the concept cost in total?
That depends on the finding and the chosen sequence. The first consultation with analysis starts from 299 EUR. Each treatment stage is then quoted transparently based on the plan. I don't name fixed total prices because in most cases they would miss the actual finding.
How long does the overall concept take?
Typically six to twelve months for the build, then maintenance as needed. Some concepts conclude after three sessions, others need four to five. This emerges from the finding, not from a standard schedule.
Is this a "liquid facelift"?
"Liquid facelift" is a marketing term that suggests a surgical outcome which minimally invasive treatments cannot deliver. The concept works with what is achievable minimally invasively — and is clear about the limits beyond which a surgical approach is the more honest answer.
What age does this make sense at?
There is no "right" age. It makes sense when several pillars are giving way at once — volume, contour and skin quality. This commonly emerges from the mid-40s, but can become relevant earlier or later depending on the finding. A first consultation clarifies whether a concept-based approach or a single treatment fits.
