Three active ingredients — what suits whom

Unlike many Munich providers, we don't offer just one preparation. The right choice depends on region, fat density and individual tolerability — we discuss this transparently during the consultation.

The Biology of Adipolysis

All three preparations work with phosphatidylcholine-deoxycholate combinations or pure deoxycholic acid — body-own substances synthesised in the laboratory. They destabilise the cell membranes of adipocytes — the fat cells lose their integrity and are transported away by the lymphatic system.

• No mechanical removal: Unlike liposuction, the tissue is not physically extracted but biologically dissolved. Less trauma, no scarring, natural tissue regeneration.
• Long-lasting effect: Once dissolved, fat cells normally do not regenerate at that location. The body typically does not form new adipocytes there — with stable weight, the result is long-lasting.

Typical Treatment Zones & Synergy

The most common zone is submental fat — the so-called double chin. Small fat deposits at the chin, cheeks and the Bichat region can also be treated effectively.

The greatest effect is often achieved in combination with jawline contouring: reduce fat + define contour = maximum profile harmony. Where volume once obscured the jaw line, a clear, defined silhouette emerges.
