What is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?
In non-surgical rhinoplasty, I place hyaluronic acid precisely on the nose — with a fine needle or cannula. The point is not to make the nose smaller, but to harmonize it in the profile. I disguise a hump by gently filling above and below it so the line appears straighter. I can define the nasal bridge, optically straighten a crooked nose or lift the tip slightly.
A precisely placed injection changes how light reflects on the nose — and that is exactly what makes it appear more delicate and better integrated into the face. For a true reduction, only surgery achieves the goal.

Can the nose be made smaller with hyaluronic acid?
No — a nose can only be reduced surgically. With filler I can only add, not take away. Even so, the nose often looks optically smaller: when I disguise a hump by carefully filling above and below it, the nose blends more proportionally into the profile. The eye perceives a harmonious nose as slimmer than one with an uneven contour.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?
Because of its blood supply, the nose is a demanding area — experience and precise technique matter here. I work slowly and deliberately and an antidote is always on hand, which can dissolve the result again immediately if needed. In the consultation I discuss openly what is realistic and sensible for your nose.
Does the treatment hurt?
I numb the area before the treatment so the injection is well tolerable. Most people describe it as brief pressure. After the treatment you can usually return to your everyday routine right away.
Who is the treatment suitable for — and who is it not?
Well suited for small, targeted corrections: disguising a hump, optically straightening a slightly crooked nose, defining the nasal bridge or gently lifting the tip. It is also a good "test treatment" before surgical rhinoplasty. Anyone who wants a marked reduction or a major change, however, is better served by surgery — and I will tell you that honestly in the consultation.
How long does the result last?
Usually 12 to 18 months. After that, the body slowly breaks down the hyaluronic acid — a touch-up maintains the result. You see the result directly after the treatment.
