Which areas can be treated with hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is versatile: lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, nasolabial fold, marionette lines, tear trough, temples and backs of hands. During the consultation, we discuss which treatment is optimal for you.
Is the treatment painful?
Modern hyaluronic acid products contain lidocaine for numbing. Additionally, I apply a numbing cream. Most patients find the treatment well tolerable.
How long does hyaluronic acid last?
Depending on the product and treatment area, between 6 and 18 months. Lips: 6-12 months. Cheeks and chin: 12-18 months. With regular touch-ups, results often last longer.
Will I look unnatural afterwards?
Not with correct technique and dosage. My philosophy is "less is more" — I prefer to build up gradually rather than inject too much at once. The result should be harmonious.
What if I don't like the result?
Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase. This is one of the great advantages over other fillers — the result is fully reversible.
How much does hyaluronic acid treatment cost?
Prices start from 219 EUR (lips, 0.5ml). For larger areas such as cheeks or jawline, the starting price is 299 EUR. The exact price depends on the treatment area and the amount of material needed.
Can hyaluronic acid be combined with polynucleotides?
Yes, hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides complement each other excellently. Hyaluronic acid adds volume while polynucleotides improve skin quality at the cellular level. This combination is particularly effective for the tear trough.
How does the treatment work?
After a detailed consultation, the skin is cleaned and numbed if needed. The hyaluronic acid is precisely placed with fine needles or cannulas. The treatment takes 15-45 minutes depending on the area.
Is there downtime?
You are typically socially presentable immediately. Slight swelling or small bruises may occur and subside within a few days. Cooling helps.
